Our Saga
Every great story has its origins as a character and leader. He set out to make a significant difference and worked towards the goal all his life. Mr. Sampath Shetty’s was an inspiring journey that took him from Rural Udupi to the global World as a successful Cashews entrepreneur. In a short period, Mr. Shetty was able to envisage and ideate the practices of the cashew industry and became a pioneer in tune with times. The Saga begins of SKP with the following milestones:
- The Humble beginning starts in the year 2012 in a shelter
- The extended Journey begins on October 22, 2012, with a strength of 15 people with the process of 10 Bags per day as a Partnership Company
- 2014-15 SKP cashews were initiated as process dependent while expansion
- 2016- SKP Entered into the Global markets with its first-ever exports consignments to UAE & Qatar
- 2019-20- Major expansions with total automation with state of the art types of machinery for Manufacture, Production, Process, Logistics and Supply Chain
- 2020-21 SKP cashews exponentially reached production milestone from 14,000 Kgs to 20,000Kgs per day.
- 2020-21- Fully automated five production liners with integrated processes
- 2021-22- Reached turnover Rs, 80 Crores per annum.
